Love carries us through life. As children we couldn’t tell our parents or grandparents we loved them enough. As the teen years approached, so did that crazy emotion of “puppy love.” Then as we matured, we experienced our first love which most likely taught us many incredible things and perhaps led to heartbreak. Then the love of your life swept you off your feet, and you said, “I do!” Perhaps you’ve experienced a love you can’t explain as you raise your children. Love can be experienced in a variety of ways. This month, try some of the following ideas to share your love with those in your life!

• Learn to say love in several different languages with your loved ones and grandchildren.

• Turn off your phone, tablet, computer, video game and television and take time to really listen to those you love.
