During the economic downturn in 2009, Brian and Brad were living in Michigan, and finding it difficult to make ends meet in both the construction and engineering fields. So they moved to Arizona.

They decided to combine their construction experience and start a business in Arizona, and thus Sun City Kitchen and Bath was born! The Wrosch brothers have been busy remodeling kitchens and baths in Sun City West and the surrounding areas ever since.

Building a business from the ground floor up takes confidence, experience and tenacity—characteristics both brothers share, with Brad’s deep background in mechanical engineering and Brian’s strong construction experience (which included honing his skills in all aspects of construction after school and getting his contractor’s license once he arrived in Arizona), the brothers have never looked back.

Serious Business
As you know, remodeling a home is serious business— especially when it comes to kitchens and bathrooms. There is a lot more to consider than just colors and cabinet choices—this is definitely a job you don’t want just anyone doing. Unfortunately, when you choose to remodel using a big box store, you’re often hiring a company and contractors you don’t know. Brian and Brad pride themselves on cultivating personal relationships with their clients, and only allow the highest quality craftsmen to work with them on their projects.

Additionally, Brian and Brad wanted the Sun City Kitchen and Bath showroom to be a place where customers could choose all of the materials they would need for their kitchen or bath remodel. To enhance each customer’s experience, in-house Interior Designer Christa Srutowski helps clients visualize their project from start to completion by using the latest computer technology. This incredible use of software and hardware allows for precise changes and modifications to be made prior to a project’s start date.

Brian and Brad are heavily involved with each job, working directly with homeowners on remodeling projects, and Brian spends the majority of his time at each remodel site. When you hire Sun City Kitchen and Bath to complete your remodel, every aspect of the job is completed by their team. Due to this hands-on approach, many customers have left their house keys with the brothers while on vacation in the summer, only to return to find their kitchen or bath beautifully remodeled.
